Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works acquires Piney Orchard Wastewater Facility

Odenton, Maryland (August 7, 2019) – The Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works has acquired the Piney Orchard Wastewater Facility from Piney Orchard Utility Company, L.L.C. POUC purchased the wastewater facility from Constellation Real Estate in February of 2004. POUC had received a Grant from Maryland Department of the Environment to upgrade the facility prior to the acquisition by the County.
