John C. Stamato
For more than 25 years, Mr. Stamato has been actively involved in land development in the Mid-Atlantic region, concentrating on subdivision, infrastructure and environmental approvals for residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects. Some of Mr. Stamato‘s notable development projects include: Two Rivers (a 1,500 acre 2,060 unit active-adult residential community in Anne Arundel County, Maryland); Bay Forest Club (800 unit PUD in Ocean View, Delaware); Arundel Gateway (260 acre mixed-use project in Ft. Meade.) In 2007, Mr. Stamato purchased the Piney Orchard WRF, the largest privately-owned wastewater reclamation facility serving residential customers in Maryland. Mr. Stamato is an active Member of the Urban Land Institute, a Member of the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center’s Advisory Board and serves on the Severn School Advisory Board.
