Anne Arundel County Passes BWI/Fort Meade Growth Bill

Hanover, Maryland (November 6, 2017) – The County Council of Anne Arundel County, Maryland passed Bill No. 84-17 for the purpose of allowing wholesale trade, warehousing, and storage establishments as a conditional use in the C2 Commercial Office District. Introduced by Mr. Grasso, Chairman the Bill was unanimously approved 7-0. This Bill will permit Ribera’s Route 100 project, located within Councilman’s Grasso’s District and the BWI/Fort Meade Growth Area, to seek approval for 700,000+/- SF of E-commerce Fulfillment Services & Warehouse uses.
