Anderson’s Corner TIF Bonds Issued

Laurel, Maryland (June 29^th 2016) – Ribera-Anderson’s Corner, L.L.C. and John C. Stamato have completed the purchase of $3.975 million in Tax Increment Financing bonds from the City of Laurel. Bond revenue shall be utilized for the extension of public utilities within the Contee Road ROW from Vanderbilt Way to the Konterra Drive-Van Dusen Road area 3,000 feet to the west. In addition, the City of Laurel will use bond funds for the purchase of the nine-acre Young Trust property located between Contee Road and Van Dusen Road for use as a City Park.
