ORR Property Receives Preliminary Site Plan Approval

Georgetown, Delaware (January 10, 2019) – At their meeting on Thursday, January 10, 2019, the Sussex County Planning & Zoning Commission approved the Preliminary Site Plan for the Orr Property (S-18-89 & CU 2142). The Orr property is being developed through a partnership of Ribera Development, LLC and Hailey Development, LLC proposing 133 attached villa units on 50 acres of GR zoned (4.2 units per acre) land.
