Five Pumphrey’s Partnership, Anne Arundel County and Ribera Ventures Agree to Sale

Annapolis, Maryland (September 5^, 2018) – Five Pumphrey’s Partnership, LLC, Anne Arundel County and Ribera Ventures, LLC have entered into an Agreement of Sale for 71.8 acres of land located between the Fox Chase community and Elvaton Road. The parties are also parties to a Memorandum of Understanding dates March 30, 2016 for the transfer of right-of-way for the construction of the Hospital Drive Extension from Fox Chase to Elvaton Road. The Right-of-way was transferred to Anne Arundel County in 2016. The Agreement of Sale is contingent on the approval of the Anne Arundel County County Council.B
