Ribera Partners to Purchase Curtis Bay Industrial Building

Curtis Bay, Baltimore (August 2020) – Ribera Development partnered with Reliable Real Estate Services to purchase 1922 Benhill Avenue from Palacorolla, LLC. The site is improved by a single tenant industrial building that contains 33,066 square feet of rentable area leased to PICO Industries, Inc. a steel fabricator. The Benhill building is located in Curtis Bay adjacent to the CSX Terminal Coal Piers and a redevelopment project by Scannell Properties consisting of 500,000 sf of industrial warehouse space.
