December 6, 2020 – Harbeson, Delaware – Ribera Investments, LLC, Southstar Enterprises and Steiner Land, LLC completed the acquisition of 15 acres of heavy industrial land fronting Steiner Road and an existing rail line operated by Carload Express. The property was purchased from the Parsons Trust after approval of a subdivision and completion of a rezoning from commercial to heavy industrial.
