Beazer Homes will present sketch plans on Feb. 12 at 6 p.m.. According to a meeting notice submitted to Anne Arundel County, the plans call for “a mix of 105 townhouses and back-to-back townhouses.” The project is located on Laurel Ft. Meade Road near the interchange to Interstate 296 an Route 198.
