This $9.5 Million transaction consists of eighteen acres planned for 350 multi-family units. The property is located just east of I-95 and the Intercounty Connector (ICC). It is also adjacent to the planned Konterra Town Center. Bruce Winston and Aaron Lebovitz represented the buyer, AvalonBay Communities Inc., in this transaction.
