City of Laurel Approved Royal Farms Final Plan

City of Laurel, Maryland (May 9, 2017) – Ribera Anderson’s Corner was requesting approval of the M-X-T Final Site and Landscape Plan approval to construct an automobile filling station and convenience store in a 5,370 square foot structure, to be known as Royal Farms. The Final Plan of M-X-T 870 was approved to include the conditions from the April 20, 2017 Technical Staff Report. Mr. Wilson made the motion to recommend approval of the Special Exception Application M-X-T 870 with the Technical Staff conditions which was approved.
