Bethany Beach, Delaware (January 27, 2021) – RH Orr, L.L.C., Hailey Development, L.L.C. & Ribera Development, L.L.C., complete the sale of the Friendship Hall subdivision at Final Site Plan approval to Friendship Creek, L.L.C. an affiliate of the McKee Group. Friendship Hall was approved for 133 condo townhomes on the 47-acre property located south of Bear Trap Dunes on Central Avenue, Ocean View-Frankfort, Delaware.
