Georgetown, Delaware (November 13, 2018) – The Sussex County Council voted to approve, with conditions, the Preliminary Plan for the Orr property. The plan proposes 135 attached units on 50 acres of GR zoned land (4.2 units per acre.) The Orr property shares its east and north boundaries with the 124 acre Forest Landing community developed as an MR-RPC consisting of 120 townhomes, 184 duplex units and 49 single-family homes.
