Ribera contracts for commercial land fronting Route 175 at Chestnut Avenue in Jessup, Maryland

December 1, 2020 – Jessup, Maryland – Ribera has optioned three acres of commercial land located west of the Route 175-Baltimore Washington Parkway interchange. The land is located within the improvement area identified in the Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works Concept Submittal of November 2019 “MD 175 AT REDBUD ROAD, CHESTNUT AVENUE AND RACE ROAD.” Ribera plans to develop the site as commercial pad sites.
