November 15, 2020 – Laurel, Maryland – Ribera has optioned eight acres of land Master Planned for Mixed-Use within the City of Laurel. The land is located near Royal Farms, Avalon Bay Apartments and townhomes located within Ribera’s Anderson’s Corner development.
