Angola, Delaware. (August 15, 2022) – Ribera Development, LLC completed the sale of the single-family 42-Lot Terrapin Island subdivision located in Angola, Delaware to Evergreene Homes. The subdivision is located between the Bay Front and West Bay Park communities. Evergreene intends to market the project as Atlantic East.
