Laurel, Maryland. (November 8, 2023) – Ribera Development, LLC completed the sale of the Janoske Property to Lennar Homes. The Anderson’s green project is approved for a 63-lot Neo-Traditional townhome lots. The project is located near the intersection of Contee Road and Konterra Drive. Ribera’s completed projects in this corridor include Avalon Bay Apartments at Anderson’s Corner, the Royal Farms at Anderson’s Corner, and the Spring Arbor Townhome project.
