Annapolis, Maryland (March 30, 2016) – Anne Arundel County, Five Pumphrey’s Partnership, L.L.C. and Ribera Ventures, L.L.C. have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding whereby Five Pumphrey’s Partnership, L.L.C. will deed the Right-of Way to Anne Arundel County for the fully funded extension of Hospital Drive from the Fox Chase community to Elvaton Road. The Hospital Drive Extension is identified as H387900 with a Project Budget of $7,318,300.
